Application Analysis
Accipiter will analyze your radar surveillance challenge, taking into account target characteristics, geography, environmental conditions and your mission requirements. Our staff will work with you, your users, your management and other stakeholders to recommend the optimal solution that will meet your needs today, and protect your investment for flexibility and growth into the future. Site Selection
Radar performance is directly influenced by location, location, location. Our engineers will conduct a site assessment and analysis to help you select the site that maximizes desired area/volume coverage, minimizes shadowing and optimizes detection and tracking performance, while accounting for infrastructure, logistics and regulatory constraints.
Installation and Acceptance
We will work within your organizational framework and regulations to successfully install your Accipiter® radar information network, including the exterior, interior and network components, with minimal disruption to your operations, and with complete coordination with you. We will conduct formal acceptance testing, documenting the same, and provide you with a rigorous protocol for measuring and maintaining system health following acceptance.
Training
We will train your users and system administrator in all aspects of the operation of your Accipiter® radar information network. If you wish, we would be happy to completely maintain and operate your systems so that you only need to worry about exploiting the valuable real-time and historical information provided.
Operation and Maintenance
Our skilled support staff can provide you with ongoing operation and maintenance of your radar information network so that it works for you and your team for years to come. We can provide a variety of services levels, from call-up support on an as-needed basis, to complete, 24/7/365 turnkey support that minimizes down time and ensures the network is always running at peak performance. We can take complete responsibility, or train your trainer and support staff so that our post-acceptance involvement is minimized. We can even operate the network for you remotely, informing designated personnel of situations of interest to them when they occur, and providing them with customer-defined, recurring information products.
